Al utilizar este sitio web y reservar excursiones con Explora Zanzibar en Español, el cliente acepta proporcionar información correcta y cumplir con las condiciones de pago establecidas al momento de la reserva. Todas las excursiones están sujetas a disponibilidad, condiciones climáticas y requisitos operativos. Los itinerarios y precios pueden ajustarse cuando sea necesario, previa notificación al cliente 

Las cancelaciones deben realizarse por escrito. En caso de cancelación por parte del cliente, los reembolsos estarán sujetos a las condiciones específicas de cada tour y al tiempo de aviso previo. No se otorgarán reembolsos por servicios no utilizados o cancelaciones de último momento. La empresa no será responsable por cambios o cancelaciones causadas por factores fuera de su control, como condiciones climáticas, regulaciones gubernamentales o servicios de terceros.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, appropriate travel insurance, and meet any health or safety requirements necessary for participation. By joining any tour, clients agree to follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times. The company reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose behavior may endanger others or disrupt the tour experience.
